My Dream Wedding at Maravanthe Beach Resort

Being a bride-to-be, dreaming of the ideal wedding site has been mentally stimulating. Ideally, I always wanted the wedding to be a private affair that involved me and the immediate family; at most 20 guests. My preference was a beach destination ideally in Karnataka as it is my hometown and luckily I stumbled upon a Maravanthe Beach Resort which is situated in Karnataka near the untouched and calm sea beach. This place reminded me of what could be a great setting for the most dreamed about wedding. But my spirits rose to the roof when I came across The Postcard on the Arabian Sea at Maravanthe Beach Resort.

As soon as I clapped eyes on The Postcard on the Arabian Sea, I knew it is the place where I want to hear those magical words ‘I do’ So, this is a nine-room luxury villa that provides perfect views of the Arabian Sea. Indeed, the fact that this is a resort would help keep our celebration personal and away from a lot of unnecessary attention that people who fancy big galas may draw. The cool breeze of the sea and the rustle of the palm trees will guarantee the creation of an atmosphere of complete relaxation on which, as everyone knows, the enchantment of the wedding day is based, I am glad I found this Maravanthe Beach Resort.

There is a simplistic luxury in the rooms at The Postcard on the Arabian Sea; the architecture does not overpower the scenic beauty of Maravanthe Beach Resort. Every room has a patio and a place to sit and relax, opening to the sea and the sunset. This way of beginning our married life seems to be in a fairy tale and I could not be happier. The key facts of the management of the resort, its exquisite care about the places and the focus on nature are the main reasons why this place is magical.

This Maravanthe Beach Resort has a special feature of being near some of the best diving sites in India especially in Maravanthe Beach. What my fiancé and I look forward to is observing the splendid marine life; however, the guests may also find numerous things to do like going to Murudapa temple, trekking through Agumbe Peak, and spotting dolphins. The cultural and recreational activities that are present in the region guarantees that our wedding occasion will be characterized by fun and excitement.

That is why we selected such an incredible location as The Postcard on the Arabian Sea – the food offered there is another plus. We both, being different, I hail from Karnataka and is a Christian while my fiancé hails from North India, wanted the food for the wedding banquet to have the South Indian flavor inscribed all over it. The crowd can also look forward to the taste of the food from the different ethnic groups residing in the place such as the Bunt, Goud Saraswat, Catholic, and Konkani Muslim communities as these groups will also be an influence in the menu of the resort. The Ghee Roasts, Kundapur Chicken Curry, Shaiyya Prawn Biryani, Mangalorean Mutton Stew will definitely tantalize the palates of our guests and the wedding feast will surely be food for the kings and queens.

The reception set up at this Maravanthe Beach Resort will be as lavish as it could get. Since our setting will be right next to the ocean with the beach nearby, our idea is to have a quiet and rather modest wedding ceremony outside in the open air. This will make it possible to establish an intimate yet grand atmosphere for the occasion due to the natural beauty into which the beach, specifically Maravanthe Beach, is located together with the luxurious establishment of The Postcard on the Arabian Sea.

We are indeed counting down to our big day that has been made colorful by selecting Maravanthe Beach Resort and The Postcard on the Arabian Sea as our wedding venue. This I found to be a very private place and rich in different sorts of services and food and the accommodation is very luxurious hence it becomes my dream place for the wedding. I can already see myself strolling down the aisle, the graceful tune of the Arabian sea playing in the background, families and friends all around, capturing beautiful cherished moments.
